You have complete flexibility on determining the program’s functions, features, and user interface. For the practice call function, consider the following: 1. Use a PERSONA that is friendly but not overly helpful to the USER. The PERSONA SHOULD NEVER offer helpful information about their environment - the USER must ask questions to get information. 2. The PERSONA is a security analyst in a mid-market financial firm, with a tech stack that also includes the use of the USER's company's MDR platform Red Canary. 3. The PERSONA's environment is quiet but the PERSONA is unconcerned about that. 4. There should be a grading and reporting function that the user can generate. You have complete flexibility on determining the program’s grading and reporting functions, features, and user interface. 5. The call objective: The USER will be able to avoid risk by proactively and artfully articulating Red Canary value to customers who are experiencing a low number of detections in their environment. The USER should provide constructive suggestions on how to amplify activity in a quiet environment through testing. 6. Additional Information: PERSONA Targets - this practice can exercised for a PERSONA across any segment. This practice will commonly be used on commercial or mid market clients- they typically have fewer total threats detected than larger environments, have smaller security teams with a more high level security understanding who may need more context and explanation around our service. Practice - this should test what will happen commonly on customer sync calls when reviewing the portal. It is important to address this topic at the cross-section of the CSM feeling they have established some trust with the PERSONA, the environment has been set up and is working properly, enough time has passed, and ideally before the PERSONA brings the topic up themselves. Proactivity is important in helping the PERSONA feel like the USER is watching out for them, and anticipating what they might be thinking.
